    LM Wind Power is growing, and we are therefore strengthening our engineering team in Test & Validation. Do you want to work in an environment of innovation and knowledge sharing between approximately 80 engineers and highly skilled technicians in our Test and Validation Center in Denmark and India - all highly qualified in each of their area of expertise?

    Our Test Engineering department is looking for innovative test engineers to work with the mechanical testing of composite materials. Working in the range from small coupon testing up to full scale testing of wind turbine blades. Development, verification and validation of test methods, equipment and documentation are a part of the daily tasks. The work will be in close corporation with a wide range of departments within LM Wind Power and especially our Materials & Processes department which is supported by the test engineering department. You will be based in our Technology Center in Lunderskov, where a significant part of our testing is performed. The demand of testing will also cover close cooperation with external testing service providers both in Denmark and abroad.

    Cross functional project teams
    Do you want to work in cross-functional project teams working closely together with colleagues from across the globe? As senior engineer you will be the link between technology projects and the development workshops:

    -    You will be at the forefront of testing new materials for blades.
    -    You will coordinate develop new methods and equipment for use in our test facilities.
    -    You will coordinate the execution of test engineering activities
    -    You will ensure compliance with ISO17025

    You have a Mechanical engineering degree, and you have worked minimum 5 years with composites and/or testing, including development, performing and reporting of test activities. You are a strong communicator with the ability to network with all potential stakeholders.  You are a self-starter who creates progress whilst never losing sight of targets.

    English is our corporate language, and we expect that you have a high level, both in written and spoken English. Furthermore, you have a global mind-set and can work well with both colleagues and partners from all over the world.
